SAMPLES AND PROOFING
Once an order has been placed and art received a digital proof mock-up will be sent, via email, for your final approval. At this point you should check that the spelling, dates, phone numbers, shirt color(s), ink color(s), print position(s) and print image size(s) are correct. Once approved garments are ordered and the production process will begin. A delay on approval may result in a delay of your order.

DEADLINES
Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the time of final approval of the digital proof mock-up. At the time of proof approval you will be given an estimated completion date for your order. If your order is completed early, we will notify you when it's ready. Occasionally things happen (shipping inconsistencies, bad weather, power outage) that may delay an order. Specialized Shirts & Apparel(SS&A) will notify you immediately if your order gets in jeopardy of missing the estimated completion date.

PAYMENTS
Payment is to be made in full upon delivery/receipt of your order. If shipping, payment must be made in full before we can ship your order. On orders over $300 dollars, a 50% deposit is required before production begins.
We accept Cash and Credit Cards. We do not accept checks.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If an order is cancelled after final approval has been given, you will be responsible for:

• Costs associated with your order incurred by SS&A including but not limited to screens, films, inks and labor.
• 25% restocking fee, if apparel/materials have been purchased by SS&A. This will be figured from the cost of materials.
• Payment for garments that have already been printed. This will be figured off the quoted price.

In the case of a cancelled order deposits that SS&A has received will be refunded, minus expenses and fees as described above.

ABANDONED ORDERS
SS&A will notify you when your order is ready for pick up. Orders that have not been picked up after 60 continuous days from the date of this notification will be considered abandoned (unless arrangements have been made with SS&A ). SS&A will make several attempts to contact you in this time frame. In the case of an abandoned order all deposits will be forfeited to Specialized Shirts & Apparell, llc. Abandoned orders will be donated to charity.
